Located in the vibrant, ever-buzzing neighborhood of Indiranagar, the restaurant sits at the crossroads of Bangalore’s nightlife and culinary culture. The site itself offered a unique design opportunity—unlike its Mumbai counterpart, this space came with a striking vertical volume. That height became a key design feature around which the entire narrative of the space was developed.

The restaurant is thoughtfully divided into two distinct zones: An outdoor pavilion inspired by European leisure spaces, and a more intimate indoor retreat that echoes the same charm in a cozier setting.

The outdoor section draws from the romance of rustic European pavilions—an architectural style that embraces aged elegance and raw textures. The finishes are intentionally distressed, evoking the feel of a weathered hideaway. A cozy mini bar is neatly tucked away into a corner, serving as a casual focal point, while a delightful cigar kiosk adds a playful nod to Cuban culture and slow living—an ode to indulgence without pretense.

Moving indoors, guests step through vibrant stained glass doors in a rich cobalt blue, creating a dramatic transition between the two spaces. The flooring picks up from the outdoor cobblestone palette, extending the tactile experience inward. The idea was to blur the lines between inside and out, crafting a space that feels both open and grounded.

The most captivating indoor feature is the false mezzanine, styled like a romantic balcony. It adds a touch of architectural drama while creating cozy pockets of space—inviting guests to discover new vantage points and enjoy the dining experience from different perspectives.

In Bangalore, Los Cavos isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a feeling. An atmosphere. A finely curated experience where design, food, and culture come together under one tropical, artfully worn roof.
